ONLINE PAYMENTS

If interested in paying your water and sewer bills online through a credit/debit card or through an eCheck/eSavings transaction, please click on the “Pay Online and View Bills” link below.  You will be directed to our payment processor, Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN), where you should register. 

 Convenience Fees:  Please note there are convenience fees in the amount of $1.00 for each eCheck/eSavings transaction and 2.5% of the payment amount made through a credit/debit card (add 50 cents if the payment amount is less than $100).

 You may also choose to opt out of receiving paper bills here.  If you choose to receive eBills, we will send you an email each time a new bill is ready.  This service will be at no charge to you.

MOBILE DEVICE PAYMENTS

For your convenience, you can choose to pay your water and sewer bills through your mobile device.  Before doing so, it is important that you first register online through our payment processor, PSN, before using the app.  To register online, follow the instructions above for “Online Payments.” 

 Online convenience fees apply to these payments.  Please see the “Online Payments” section above for the description of these fees.

 Once registered online, then please download the “PSN Payments” app from the App Store or Google Play.

PHONE PAYMENTS

To pay your water and sewer bills by telephone, please call 1-877-885-7968.  This number will take you to our payment processor, PSN.  Just follow the voice prompts to enter your information needed for the payment.

DIRECT ACH PAYMENTS

If interested in paying your water and sewer bills directly through an ACH (Automatic Clearing House) transaction, please click on the "Direct Payments" link below. Just print the form and fill it out.

You may choose to have your direct payment made from either a checking or savings account. If you choose a checking account, please attach a voided check or account confirmation from your bank.

Your payment will be deducted from your account on the due date of your bill and for the balance owed as of that date. If the bill due date falls on a Sunday or bank holiday, your transaction will occur on the next business day. Please allow 30 days for processing.
